“I wanted to share this information in hopes it can help someone else that is struggling with oil prices like my family is. I recently saw their post about only delivering 75 gallons minimum and thought it was too good to be true.
I called on Friday to inquire if there was a contract to sign and if there were any other fees. Tammie, in the office, was the kindest and most understanding person that I have spoken to in a while. She gave me current price, sent me a link immediately to sign up for an online portal, and told me delivery would be on Monday. No need to become their customer forever, no pressure, no hidden fees. Just an understanding company knowing that families are struggling!
I ordered on Saturday online and 75 gallons was already delivered this morning. We will wait until November to turn it on ;) but knowing that we have 75 gallons to start is a relief! We will stay with Congers!”
