I had an emergency and they were there very quickly and professionally! Highly recommend. They are not the cheapest company but you get what you pay for based off of service and respectful employees throughout the company.
Pool heater was no longer working and the company that makes them couldn’t come out for 2 weeks to repair it. Found Test of Time and called them on Saturday to leave a message expecting to not hear until Monday. Received a call back within the hour and had an appointment set for Monday between 9 and 1. Otto arrived just about 9 and was very professional and efficient. Pulled open the heater, diagnosed the issue and replaced what was needed. He was all set and on the road by about 10.
The technician, James, was able to review and resolve our hot water heater air intake error on their visit. James was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were able to schedule an appointment easily by phone. I'd consider working work A&L again.
