Test of Time, specifically James J., performed maintenance on our Rinnai tankless water heater. James was efficient, performed a excellent job, answered all my questions. He also provided us with quotes on replacement water heaters as ours is now 20 years old. Highly recommended.
Also, the software T&T uses, works great. Timely communication just on the day of the visit and you can also track where the service truck is to see where it is and when it will arrive.
