After leaving voicemails with six different plumbers about a small/non-emergency job, he was the only one to call back within a day. The others took over a week to call back, if at all. “I had Tim come to my home to assess my geothermal heat pump. This summer it started leaking refrigerant and repairs had to be made twice. I had several companies come out to assess the unit and all said the 14 year old unit needed replacing. After Tim assessed the unit, he said there is no need to replace a 14 year old unit because typically they last 25 years. He told me that it can still be repaired if it breaks again. The repair would be difficult and a lot of work but it wouldn't need replacing. It makes me so happy to know there is someone willing to tell you the truth even if it makes them no money at the time. If/when my unit breaks again or needs replacing, Tim is the only person I will call! Thanks Tim!“

“After being told by 2 companies that I would need a total system replacement they sent out a manager to evaluate my system. They found a small leak in the heat pump fixed it, recharged the system, made some mechanical and thermostat adjustments and it's been working for nine months. Scheduling the service was also good.“

“These people are very rude especially the service department . They seem to feel your putting them out when you call . There service is horrible took them 4 times co.ing out to fix out problem last .. apparently a yearly service is different from. When you call them out just regularly. Of course they don't tell you this because there to busy treating like a fool when you call them.. pathetic. Looks like the owner got ack about my review so ive change my review to 4 stars . Thank you responding , and yes have a talk with the people who answer the phone In service and talk to them about respect . A normal person calling a oil service department usually needs help and are fairly stressed out about not having heat they should be treated with kindness respect and understanding .
