I can’t say enough good things about this company and their staff. I had to deal with some major issues remotely at my parents house in Northboro, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Especially Paul, their long-time technician, along with the office staff—they were professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and super nice staff!!!! Had a new oil tank installed and the old one cut up and taken out. They made the whole process stress free and it wasn’t even messy!!!! Highly recommend. I called on a Saturday and Carter came right out to manually put a little oil in to hold me over until the new tank was put in. They are five stars!

For more than 10 years we have been using Northborough oil for filling our oil tank and for any of our furnace needs.

Allison is who we talk to for any scheduling and billing of services. She is so polite, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Her customer service is exceptional.

Our furnace has been serviced and maintained by Carter, Nick and Caleb. They are all so professional and smart. When Northborough Oil came in recently for the annual service maintenance of our furnace they identified a problem after careful inspection, they educated us about it, and fixed it within the appointment.
