We wanted to change from oil-based heating and multiple air conditioners for cooling, to a ductless mini-split system. Knight Fuel was one of four companies we invited to provide a solution and cost. The proposal offered by Knight Fuel was the most efficient and cost effective for our 3 story home. They fully installed a Mitsubishi system in just two days. The installers were friendly, polite, clean and clearly quite skilled. The system worked upon completion and we are very pleased with the results.

Knight Fuel installed a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump system in my house. My system consists of one 18,000 BTU unit in my living room and one 9,000 BTU unit in my master bedroom with Kumo cloud which has an app on your phone you can use to control each mini split. From start to finish I was pleased with my experience. Ron the service manager is great to deal with. He answered all my questions and always responded promptly to my calls. The crew that came out to install was very efficient and neat. The electrician, Michael Cardinale who Knight Fuel contracted was also great. After getting quotes from 4 other companies, I settled on Knight. I had Knight install 2 Mitsubishi outdoor heat pumps with 6 indoor units. Ron was very patient with me throughout the whole quoting process, which we went back and forth on several times. They performed a Manual J after taking many measurements of my home to properly size the system. They finished in two days and were transparent the whole time of where to put all hardware.
