I placed a service call for no heat. Ken and Christopher ran diagnostics and determined what was causing the issue. They then demonstrated to me and thoroughly explained their reasoning and outcome because I was interested to know. Issue resolved by knowledgeable professionals with the ability, patience and kindness to explain technical details to the layperson. Outstanding service!
Another great service call from Control Point Mechanical! As always happens the furnace goes down when I am out of town! No fear! I called Control Point Mechanical and Kenny B. came out and got us back up and running! The important thing to mention is that Kenny made my wife feel confident she would have heat soon and he was able to keep her informed and fully explained what he needed to do. I can't say enough about Kenny! He has such a calming presence and always gets us back up and running quickly?
We had our system installed by another company and ran into multiple issues from the install. Control Point (Tom in particular), took all of my concerns seriously, shared a wealth of knowledge, and ultimately solved all of the problems we were having.
