Control Point Heating • Cooling • Plumbing • Electric

155 Memorial Drive Ste D, Shrewsbury

Mon Open 24 hours

“I am a Control Point customer for life - shortly after moving into a new home, our boiler was in need of replacing. Every single interaction and visit we have had with Control Point folks has been amazing - they are so kind, go above and beyond, provide fair and thorough estimates, communicate well, do an INCREDIBLE job on the labor itself, leave their work area spotless when they're done, and could not be more enjoyable to work with. I never leave reviews, but I would recommend these guys to anyone and will never use anyone else for heating/plumbing/electric needs. They're the best!”

Al'S Oil Service

307 Hartford Turnpike, Shrewsbury

Mon 8AM - 4PM

“These people are very rude especially the service department . They seem to feel your putting them out when you call . There service is horrible took them 4 times co.ing out to fix out problem last .. apparently a yearly service is different from. When you call them out just regularly. Of course they don't tell you this because there to busy treating like a fool when you call them.. pathetic. Looks like the owner got ack about my review so ive change my review to 4 stars . Thank you responding , and yes have a talk with the people who answer the phone In service and talk to them about respect . A normal person calling a oil service department usually needs help and are fairly stressed out about not having heat they should be treated with kindness respect and understanding . Not belittled because they have little knowledge of how a service call works.”
