“This review is for an annual maintenance done in September 2025 for mini splits by Daniel Ruiz. He arrived on time, neat and very thorough. Made sure to wear booties inside the house and communicated well with us. He made sure everything was working perfectly and draining properly through our gutters. The one year old compressor had some insulation already splitting so he taped and secured it with some zip ties and took photos of the 12 year old compressors’ insulation that is disintegrating to get a quote to replace. Awaiting company to respond. Daniel is very experienced and highly recommend him.“

“I recently had Commtank come to my home to replace a leaking fuel oil tank in my cellar. The response time was in an hour after I called - the agent that came (J D) was professional, courtese and very efficient, he had my oil tank pumped out within an hour- the fuel oil was filtered and reinstalled back in my replacement oil tank.
