Drains by James was at my house this morning. I can’t say enough about how great the service was.The tech was punctual ( even early).Answered my questions, worked quietly and efficiently. 15 year Problem was handled in 45 min. I was very impressed with the fact that the office sent messages letting me know when the tech was on my way along with his name. Thank you to the pleasant office staff and to Sam! Highly recommened.
Jim came out in a timely manner and saved the day! What was a very messy and concerning plumbing backup was cleared up in due time. Jim was professional, documented his work, and kept me informed during the process. Top notch service!
This was a 5 star experience!!!!! The receptionist was extremely professional who listened to my predicament. She sent me a very professional and knowledgeable tech to tackle the problem. Mike showed up and found the issues. I had been anxious as the conclusion of many plumbers was to open the walls of my newly remodeled bathroom. In the end, all needed was a toilet replacement.
