When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer.

This plumber responded quickly and told us he'd come after finishing another job in the morning. That job ended up taking him all day, and when he arrived at our house at 5 PM, I fully expected him to say he'd have to come back another time. Instead, he got straight to work—and didn’t stop until 2:30 in the morning. I was blown away by his dedication, professionalism, and the fact that he went so far above and beyond to make sure our family had hot water again that same day.

The installation itself looks fantastic—clean, professional, and solid. He was also kind, personable, and respectful throughout. We had received another quote from a different company that was not only more expensive, but would have taken longer to get to us.

On top of all that, he was especially kind and patient with our son, who has special needs. Just a really nice person and an absolute rock star of a professional. We are so grateful and will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs!“
