Our Technician, Darrell, was fantastic. I think they left the job site cleaner than when they started. Extremely nice and took care to walk me through all the work that was done. Every one from the sales guy who worked up the quote to the people in the office were extremely helpful in walking us through the Mass Save process and scheduling. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

We hired rooterman to fix a broken pipe in our basement and they were so efficient, professional, and fairly priced that we went on their HVAC maintenance plan. Today was our first annual tune up and check up, and Jason, our tech, was fantastic. His communication was awesome and he was sure to give me an overview of what he'd found and done. He also made suggestions that were informative and not pushy. He understood my needs and assessed our systems with that in mind. He even clued me in to their options for handyman services, which is awesome.
