Tim was professional, courteous and genuine about wanting to help us figure out why our basement floods after every rain. He spent time listening to us, looking around the basement and outdoors, and in the end discovered that we most likely have a leak in the water line from the street to the house. He gave us the name of an excavator who does good work, gave us his business card, and told us to call if we have any questions. We were impressed with his honesty and integrity and will surely do business with him in the future.
