“Chris gave us an itemized quote for materials and labor, (which no other plumber we interviewed was able or willing to do). He and his crew of 3, Tyler, Christian, and Nick, arrived as scheduled. They wore covers over their shoes and put down quilted mats to protect our floors. The clothes dryer had to be removed to access the space for the water heater, and they did this with great care.After they removed the old water heater, and reinstalled the dryer, Chris explained the workings of the new water heater. He gave us instructions for registering the water heater with HTP so we could get the free extended warranty. All in all, an excellent job! Thanks Chris. It's so hard to find a good plumber. Rocky did a supreme job resolving all the issues we had with the house’s plumbing, and he was kind and responsive in helping me with all my questions. When one of the drains he replaced needed further adjustment to drain properly, Rocky was right back the next day without a fuss, to finish the job to perfection! (and by the way, that was just one issue on a long list of tasks – the rest were resolved flawlessly) His professionalism and work ethic made the whole experience seamless for us, and I could not recommend him more highly. “I called United Sewer & Drain because my washer pipe keep backing up in my basement. I tried draino and thrift which seemed to be a temporary fix. I called United Sewer & Drain because I noticed he was the only one who had 5 Stars across all his reviews. OMG did I make the right decision, they came and explained everything that he was going to do. Very pleasant business man with a great personality and more importantly he solved my problem. That pipe drains better now then when I moved here 15 yrs ago. I will recommend this business to everyone I know . They deserve more that 5 STARS!“
“I had ongoing problems with a two year old boiler which couldn't maintain steady water temperature.The big company which installed it originally , quoted a very expensive fix to replace the coil.This didn't seem right to me for such a new boiler. Dave came out and quickly diagnosed the issue which had nothing to do with the coil and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. He was very polite and professional. Highly recommended.“

“I highly recommend Interstate Plumbing. Jaime came to look at what we thought was a leaking pipe in our basement ceiling as water started dripping suddenly from light fixtures. Jamie came first thing and instead of immediately cutting holes in the ceiling, as many would have done, hunted around and determined the leak was coming from our fridge water line and not a pipe after all. I called G&C and they quickly scheduled me an appointment, and even came a day earlier since they were in the area. Casey was very nice and even though he was unable to fix the issue without an electrician first he was quick to give me a recommendation. An entire new 2 zone heating system installed, baseboard all 8 rooms. Guys were prompt, professional and courteous. House was left in good condition.
