The 3 gentleman and others from GEM who did my electric and Mini-split work were the “A” Team! Cannot say enough about how impressive they were with their work ethic, respect, thoroughness and communication! Highly recommend this group of guys.

Technician,Joe, arrived within an hour of our call. He was professional, informative and efficient. Our issue was fixed and we had our heat back on a night with temps in the teens. Very pleased with this call.
