The technicians were polite and a pleasure to deal with.
Burke is hands down the best plumbing/HVAC crew in southeastern Massachusetts. My wife and I bought our dream home about 4 years ago but found out the hard way about some systems that needed upgrading - a central A/C condenser that needed to be replaced at the peak of summer, a tankless hot water system that stopped getting hot right when the weather started getting cold, and then most recently, our second zone A/C condenser stopped working right before the major heatwave of July 2026 hit. The repair cost was a fraction of what a new system would have cost, and our AC is working perfectly again. Jim was honest, knowledgeable, and professional.
