“I have been dealing with a drain issue in my bathtub for several months. I finsllt had it and luckily came avross Zoom Drain! The team from Zoom Drain are amazing. From the initial phone call to completion, it was a great experience. I called this morning and they came this afternoon. They came in assessed the issue, and in less than an hour it was fixed! The water is flowing perfectly. Not only did they fix the issue, but they explained what the issue was and how to manage it going forward. “Don once again saved the day for me, with a quick response and by showing up the next morning to have a look at my furnace, which was starting to make some noise from the blower area. I had others suggesting that the motor or the ball bearings were going, all costly fixes (from listening to a recording of the sound). Don thought it was more of an intake airflow issue, and asked me to try dropping down the air filter MERV rating from the 10 and 12 which I had been using. I went out and bought a MERV 6 rating filter, which is fine for my needs and the condo. The noise went away. A quick visit and solid advice! He has always found time to come by quickly, and assess situations, clearly spelling out a plan and cost, and then does what he says. He never tries to upsell me on anything that is beyond what I need to solve my issue. I have to say, some of the other larger companies have done exactly that. He has helped me with HVAC, Water Heater, and general plumbing in the past, and I have never had any issues or surprises.”
“Eversource replaced my meter today and my water heater would not restart. I called Blanchard Plumbing at 230pm on a Friday and they came and drained the system, cleared the air from the line, replaced the faulty part and got it back up and running for us. Extremely nice and professional service! So glad we called them and plan to work with them again! Highly recommend ! Updating I Blanchard installed a new toilet and bathroom vanity for me - I had an appointment and they arrived on time. The plumber was extremely nice, neat, personable, professional. Did a great job and price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to work with Blanchard again in the future.<br>Edit to update: I have since had the pleasure of working with Blanchard on a bathroom renovation and today replacing a rotted outdoor spigot. The same tech was here both times and he is pleasant, quick, efficient, neat, thoughtful and skilled. Blanchard is very accommodating as far as scheduling goes and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job!”

When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer.<br><br>This plumber responded quickly and told us he'd come after finishing another job in the morning. That job ended up taking him all day, and when he arrived at our house at 5 PM, I fully expected him to say he'd have to come back another time. Instead, he got straight to work—and didn’t stop until 2:30 in the morning. I was blown away by his dedication, professionalism, and the fact that he went so far above and beyond to make sure our family had hot water again that same day.<br><br>The installation itself looks fantastic—clean, professional, and solid.
