Kyle gave my estimate and nothing deviated from that estimate. I had an old black and white (penguin) removed with all associated pipes and iron radiators. An entire new 2 zone heating system installed, baseboard all 8 rooms. Guys were prompt, professional and courteous. House was left in good condition. Can’t say enough good things about the services and the technicians at Martel.

Martel was able to come the same day, and Mark and Shayne were very friendly to us and the pets. They explained the issue and recommended another company to help us. Overall, although they could not “fix” the problem immediately, they were personable, effective, and professional. Thank you!

I called Martel because they are a local business and I needed my HVAC system looked at before full winter arrives. I called on a Saturday and they returned my call by Monday and set up an appointment. The two (2) office staff members I dealt with were very friendly. Jacob was my technician. He was on time, actually early and very professional. Didn't try to up sell me with any products or services. He educated me on my current system, preformed a system check for efficiency. All was good. I am excited to have them as my services company going forward. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional HVAC services.Charlie from Lincoln.
