“Burke is hands down the best plumbing/HVAC crew in southeastern Massachusetts. My wife and I bought our dream home about 4 years ago but found out the hard way about some systems that needed upgrading - a central A/C condenser that needed to be replaced at the peak of summer, a tankless hot water system that stopped getting hot right when the weather started getting cold, and then most recently, our second zone A/C condenser stopped working right before the major heatwave of July 2026 hit. Every time, Burke stepped up to the plate and got us taken care of quickly, professionally, and with an extremely reasonable price. Also, a quick note about Everardo - the tech who has handled all of the work on our home: He is a true professional that knows these systems inside and out. He takes the time to explain what's going on and what he's doing, and to someone like me who is more comfortable with a keyboard than a wrench, that means everything. He's always on time, gets right to work on diagnosing and fixing the problem, and he's honest about what's going on. It doesn't get much better than that! Now that we've become acquainted over the years, I introduced him to our new 4 month old daughter as her uncle and I mean it! “I have a steam boiler and the piping in my house is OLD. There was a very messy pipe burst on Monday. I called, they came and realized it would be a big job. They assessed what would need to be done and let me know they would need to gather the right sized pipes etc (OLD weird sized pipes!). Showed up first thing Tuesday morning and not only fixed it all, they also finished cleaning up the mess caused by the burst pipe. Highly recommend!“
