I called for service on my older furnace because it was making a loud grinding sound at startup and then shutting down. Manuel came out the same day. He was polite and clearly explained that the grinding noise was likely coming from a worn blower motor component inside the heating system. He also used diagnostic tools to show that the furnace was overheating, which was causing the unit to shut off. He walked me through the repair options and explained that replacing the failing parts on an older furnace would be costly and not the best long-term fix. i called for a quote on a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heater and AC for my den, and the price was much lower than the other two estimates i received, even though all of them were Mitsubishi trained and Diamond Certified. i asked about the negative online reviews, and the salesperson assured me the service team would be responsive and effective, and that proved to be true. My new unit was installed within a few days, and the whole process was smooth. I was so pleased with the comfort, airflow, and energy efficiency that I decided to add a second mini-split for my garage.
