I was glad to find a same-day heater repair appointment for that afternoon. There was a scheduling mix-up at first, but it was handled quickly and professionally. The owner from Thermacare Heating, Air & Electric called me directly, explained that my furnace service appointment had been canceled by mistake, and sincerely apologized. They even offered to come out that day and provide a free diagnostic on the heating unit to make things right.
