“I highly recommend Interstate Plumbing. Jaime came to look at what we thought was a leaking pipe in our basement ceiling as water started dripping suddenly from light fixtures. Jamie came first thing and instead of immediately cutting holes in the ceiling, as many would have done, hunted around and determined the leak was coming from our fridge water line and not a pipe after all. “Holy cow, this guy couldn't possibly be any nicer! My condo was built in 1969 and the zone valve was stuck so the heat wouldn't shut off. Charlie did some trouble-shooting over the phone (no charge) and came the following day before noon. After looking it over, he determined the system was super old and made several phone calls to find the correct replacement part which in itself hasn't been easy. He explained a bit about how the system worked (I hate not understanding this stuff!) in a simple and non-condescending way, which I really appreciate. Lastly he was very fair with what he charged me. I highly recommend him!“
