Their team also includes licensed plumbers. A long-term customer has consistently experienced professional and timely service since 1999, highly recommending them for oil and HVAC needs. A more recent customer has been satisfied with the company's service for about a year, appreciating their clear explanations, prompt deliveries, and additional services. The only critique is about a phone operator, who is perceived as less friendly. Great oil provider. They’re always transparent about ongoing market changes and how it affects pricing, which to be honest is reasonably priced. They always deliver on time and right when my tank hits a quarter full. They use a projection method to predict when customers tanks will be low and it’s always spot on. Additionally, their service team is great, especially given I have a more unique (rare) furnace and to my surprise the techs are familiar with it. Satisfied customer, will continue to do business with them.
We are doing an addition to our 100+ year old house and needed to move the pipes leading outside for filling our oil tank. All the professionals from W.H. Riley & Son were punctual, friendly and did a great job. They explained what was happening and cleaned up after. Very happy!
Quick, smooth, and easy. Technician found the problem on our furnace, replaced a part, and was done in about a half hour. Repair works perfectly. Have used them for over 25 years and they are excellent!
