Can't say enough about Alex, and his team. We upgraded from a very old gas furnace to a heat pump. We also upgraded our home electrical system for future endeavors. Wasn't sure what to expect, or even what questions to ask. Alex was patient and great with answering all questions, or concerns that came up. After installation he took time to explain everything concerning proper operation, maintenance, and what we can expect with this modern technology.
