Alex and his team were top notch! He updated our gas furnace and AC condenser. He arrived on time, completed the project within the agreed to scope, schedule, and budget - and was super communicative and responsive all along the way. As home owners, individuals always face with the dilemma - quality, price, efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism of the company. Smart Climate HVAC is the best of the best. The owner is amazing, takes time to explain everything and tries to accommodate your schedule as well. The employees are amazing as well - when they finish they would always inform prior to leaving and during the process you could not even tell that construction is taking place in the basement. Alex and his team are very knowledgeable and true professionals. They installed a new central ac unit and ran new lines. Even with unexpected problems they were able to find time in their schedule to address the issue quickly. I live in a townhome with a strict hoa and they were very patient in working with them vs other hvac companies did not bother. Would highly recommend.
