Ody & Peri came out to my house in Randolph on a Sunday to help with my Navien tankless water heater. They are very knowledgeable and shared how to avoid the issue in the future. Highly recommend

Proto Home Services was extremely responsive when I reached out about an emergency water heater issue. They arrived first thing the next morning and addressed the problem immediately. They were easy to communicate with throughout the process, and I highly recommend working with them.

Huge shoutout to Ody and the team at Proto Home Service.
Our boiler died unexpectedly and they jumped on it fast. They walked me through options clearly (repair vs replace), didn’t pressure me, and got a brand new Navien system installed within a few days.
The quality of the work really stood out…super clean install, everything looks tight and well thought out, not rushed at all. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with the whole way through.
Losing heat is stressful and these guys made it as painless as possible. Highly recommend.
