“Paul Jerrier from Jerrier’s Oil Burner Service had installed a new furnace in my home in the dead of winter in 2019. We had a 2 year old son at the time, and Paul was working as a contractor for a different local heating company. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, and my wife was given Paul’s number by the former owner of that local company. Our furnace needed servicing since the burner kept locking out. With the colder weather rolling in (late October/early November), two sons and a baby on way any day, we decided to reach out to Paul directly.He was easy to contact and came in right away to do the cleaning and maintenance, and had replaced a few parts that were not working properly. He was able to keep tabs on how everything was going which gave us such peace of mind.After about 4 years of working with Paul, whether directly or indirectly, has made me a client for life.
