Bill helped me rescue some important papers that I'd inadvertently locked in a cheap file cabinet.

I left a message over the weekend.

He called me first thing on Monday, and explained that they do service calls MWF and are in the store Tues & Thurs; and, if I brought it into the store, it would be cheaper than having someone come to the house. Great!

Just dropped by the store this morning (Tuesday) around 10:30 and he had it unlocked by 10:35. YAHOO. By 10:45 I was on my way after he’d removed the stupid lock entirely, figured out why the drawer was stuck, reloaded the cabinet in my minivan, and refused to take any payment. OMG AMAZING.

“I walked in with a car key issues. Tom checked both keys that have a fob with 3 buttons, he determined the transmission signal was not working properly due to components must be worn. I have an aftermarket car starter for convenience, but unfortunately replacing the key will seize the use of the car starter.
