He called me first thing on Monday, and explained that they do service calls MWF and are in the store Tues & Thurs; and, if I brought it into the store, it would be cheaper than having someone come to the house. Great!

Evan responded to my distress call promptly, arrived exactly when he said he would, had my door open in seconds, fixed the problem, and assured me that I didn't have to replace the lock. He was kind, patient, and highly professional, and I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Got locked out of our house at 6pm Sat. and called a few places. This one came right away and we were back in our home by 7p. Price was half of what we were quoted by two others. Raul was professional & courteous and did no damage to our door. Bottom lock was locked, not deadbolt. I appreciate the customer service they provided.
