I am writing this review for my mother-in-law who had a great experience on 3/7/24 in Middleton, MA. She would like to give a big "thumbs up" to Rich, the owner of Pop-a-Lock! He came in the pouring rain, on time, to change the mailbox lock which had broken. He was friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend!

Thank you Richard - For quick service! I was waiting my car to get it unlocked but no luck after calling AAA (came but wont able to open my Camry's trunk) and other locksmith I called, he scammed me and charge $250 to open the door and asked me for extra $200 to open up Car's trunk (key was inside a trunk). Day later, I went to toyota dealer and parts guy said, he cant do it today and it will be extra $200 for a spare key without chip. However, Toyota's parts guy recommended POPA-LOCK after calling, I got a call back that he can do it. Send him info via text and drove where he was to get a spare key for $80 and once back to my car it worked like a charm. Thank you.
