Victor answered quickly and was extremely helpful. As soon as he understood the problem I was having with my lock he decided to come and help me personally because his technician was going to take too long.
Very professional, customer service oriented company and I would highly recommend them.
A perfect experience. Victor arrived within 15 minutes to my apartment in Brighton. He was able to easily access the apartment within a couple of minutes of arriving. Excellent customer service.
We had a great experience with Viktor and Locksmith On Call! He was responsive, coming at the timeframe I needed, efficient, effective, and thoroughly explained things to me. Viktor also kindly gave me some great tips on how to avoid another lock out incident. He was friendly, kind and fair with pricing. Highly recommend Viktor’s services!
