They made it so easy for us and they were very, very professional and kind. I hope your student or you don’t have to have a key broken up in your lock, but if you do, they are there for you! Bill helped me rescue some important papers that I'd inadvertently locked in a cheap file cabinet.

He called me first thing on Monday, and explained that they do service calls MWF and are in the store Tues & Thurs; and, if I brought it into the store, it would be cheaper than having someone come to the house. Great!

Just dropped by the store this morning (Tuesday) around 10:30 and he had it unlocked by 10:35. YAHOO. By 10:45 I was on my way after he’d removed the stupid lock entirely, figured out why the drawer was stuck, reloaded the cabinet in my minivan, and refused to take any payment. OMG AMAZING.
