Thanks Neil and Artery Lock team! I needed some car keys replaced and programmed, and they were able to help me immediately. I appreciated the time, expertise, and creative problem-solving for our particular situation. What a great service and genuine care for getting it right.

Artery Lock has been great to work with. After my initial call, they were able to come out within two days and troubleshoot/repair our antique lock set in short time. Alex, the repair tech, was friendly and knowledgeable and Glen was easy to communicate with when scheduling service. Hopefully it will be a while before we experience another issue, but Artery Lock will be our first call.

The people at Artery Lock are amazing! I had trouble with a deadbolt lock that did not want to turn. I went to Artery Lock and bought some lock lubricant. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I got home and when i went to use the lubricant discovered after opening the door I could no longer get the deadbolt to turn. I tried the lubricant but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately it was with the deadbolt extended out so closing and locking my outside door was no longer an option.
