Saun did a great job at 205 and 195 Independence ave in 100 degrees in Quincy today..will call always now..thanks again Saun!! 8/17/20, back door lock to parking lot jamed with broken key, City Lock here in half hour problem solved in 20 min. Thanks again City Lock..from your friends at 195..205 Independence ave Quincy!/update 7/2623, Shaun saved the day again! Our pool lock went on the brink with an upcoming inspection on the 27th, not only did he fix the lock but he fixed a major problem for me, he installed a self locking lock, when the door closes it locks itself now a major improvement thanks again Sean from your friends at Independence!!

Forest, the key tech who fixed my office locks was courteous and polite & did a great job.City lock is a little more expensive than others but there keys and locks always work correctly anand and they warranty their work.

Locked myself out. Called and was lucky to get a response within 10-15 minutes - managed to get Shawn who was heading out on another job. Shawn sorted things out and helped my 83 year old mother carry groceries in.So grateful. Expensive but City Lock got us back in our house. Patiently answered all my questions too. Rekeyed the lock too. Thank you.
