Bill helped me rescue some important papers that I'd inadvertently locked in a cheap file cabinet.

I left a message over the weekend.

He called me first thing on Monday, and explained that they do service calls MWF and are in the store Tues & Thurs; and, if I brought it into the store, it would be cheaper than having someone come to the house. Great!

Just dropped by the store this morning (Tuesday) around 10:30 and he had it unlocked by 10:35. YAHOO. By 10:45 I was on my way after he’d removed the stupid lock entirely, figured out why the drawer was stuck, reloaded the cabinet in my minivan, and refused to take any payment. OMG AMAZING.

“Accidentally locked myself out of my condo and after calling they had someone here within an hour. The locksmith, Dan, was able to quickly unlock the door and get me back in my home. Very reasonable pricing too. Hopefully don't lock myself out again, but if I do - I know who to call. Cannot recomend this place enough.

“Absolutely 1st rate. I needed a broken VW key replace. I found these folks on the web, after a lot of searching and asking our dealer, hardware store, mechanic. Responded quickly, gave me good set of options - full replacement key at half the price of the dealership, replacement key to hang on the working fob, we looked at re-shelling the fob but after examination determined that this particular fob couldn't be opened and re-shelled. I went with the replacement key, good price, 20 minutes, can't speak to highly.

Initial communications via voicemail & txt (with pictures of the broken key), then a phone call, then I just drove over. They also make road calls (at extra charge of course).“
