I love this place cuz so knowledgeable about keys and locks. They advise you what's best and why. They've explained how certain keys to pad locks are made in China and don't copy well or at all.It's family owned and run, and they're smart and give great service.

I called Chet after hours and got a call back within 15-20 mins. He asked me to describe the issue, and then asked me if I had used WD-40 (trying to save me from a needless service call), but alas, he needed to come.He came earlier than his estimate, and fixed our front lobby door by drilling out and replacing a cylinder - with his mobile lock repair van, and he was on his way. It was quick and easy.He clearly knows his stuff. Pricing was fair, work was impeccable!
