In 35 minutes, and a ⅓rd of the price that the dealer wanted, I had a friendly and efficient experience and a new key and key fob. “Absolutely 1st rate. I needed a broken VW key replace. I found these folks on the web, after a lot of searching and asking our dealer, hardware store, mechanic. Responded quickly, gave me good set of options - full replacement key at half the price of the dealership, replacement key to hang on the working fob, we looked at re-shelling the fob but after examination determined that this particular fob couldn't be opened and re-shelled. I went with the replacement key, good price, 20 minutes, can't speak to highly.

Initial communications via voicemail & txt (with pictures of the broken key), then a phone call, then I just drove over. They also make road calls (at extra charge of course).“

“100% 10 stars for this company. victor was so nice and His teamwas able to help my son with removing a key that was broken off inside his lock. He goes to Boston University and I live out of state. They made it so easy for us and they were very, very professional and kind. I hope your student or you don’t have to have a key broken up in your lock, but if you do, they are there for you! I’ve saved his number just in case. Please know when you call this number you are calling direct. There are many scammers that pose as locksmith. Although they do come to your home, this company has a real storefront as well. Again, 10 stars!!!“
