I walk by this place everyday on my way to work and I remembered them in my time of need! I had to take my Thule crossbars off of my car and couldn’t find the key! Adam not only made me two keys in 5 minutes but he also got his tools out and WD40 and helped me take the seized and rusted cross bars off of my car. You can’t find better customer service than that. Call this place ahead of time with the lock code and if the timing is right they’ll have the key ready for you when you walk in the door. I am so impressed and so grateful. Thank you!

Great, helpful employees and fast service! I came in to get copies made for 2 keys. The whole process only took a couple of minutes and it only cost about $2 per key. Both copies work perfectly!

Matt came out to assess and eventually swap out two of our locks and rekey two others. He's super competent and really friendly - great guy and great experience overall. Will definitely call Mass Ave Lock again if needed.
