Last year, before I got into my in-season sports, she was able to set up and take us through a workout even before even getting her personal training certification. Recently, I’ve had the ability to work with Madeline now that she’s gotten her certification. I’ve seen a very impressive shift since working out with her before. Madeline is very good about focusing on my exact needs being an athlete. She is great about giving me encouragement, staying personable, and keeping high energy throughout the entire workout. When I voice any concern, like a strain or pain, she is able to quickly adjust the workout in order to accommodate. Madeline is also very good at giving me slight adjustments not only during workouts, but after workouts. It’s been a genuine pleasure to work with her and I’m excited to continue to do so.“

10 Garfield Ave, Somerville“It’s been quite some time, since I’ve been thinking of trying out this gym. In the past, I would go to the traditional gyms, where I was doing my own workouts, and never connected with anyone.
Now at DPT, this changed completely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the dynamics of the place. Starting with the coaches, who miraculously know everyone’s name; the sessions are inclusive, sometimes interactive with the group and everyone is very friendly. There are people of all ages, all fitness levels, and you can follow the exercises at your own pace. No worries about not knowing what to do at first, because you can see others doing the same thing, plus, of course, the coaches are always there for any questions, advice, correcting your form. Once the class starts, you don’t even realize how fast it goes by and your body will tell you how well you did the next day - I’m always discovering muscles that I didn’t know existed!

The director was super flexible with the timing and so easy to work with. The consultation was super informative, and I loved that they did the workouts in my own space. Director Luis is a gem - he was so helpful and really worked around my plan to best accommodate my travels. I couldn't be happier with their service and attentiveness. And the staff is constantly cleaning the attention to details they walk thru the gym and anything out of place they are on top of it.. The machines are always being cleaned and I mean CLEANED.. Mikes back in the day was a dump and dirty… The staff is friendly and respectful Highly recommend it…“

381 Revolution Dr, Somerville“If you haven’t tried boxing yet don’t wait any longer! I’ve tried various other workouts and boxing is by far my favorite. You are not only getting a full body workout you are getting a stress reliver. A good class always seems to help when I have a lot on my mind and need to unwind a good. The box-lift class is my favorite you get a little bit of boxing and instructed lifting, I would have no idea what to do with weights on my own. I was a little nervous about trying it at first but it quickly became the class that I look forward to.
Worried about not knowing what to do or being able to keep up don’t be! There are people at all different fitness levels, you work your way up to where you want to be at your own pace. The TITLE team and all the trainers motivate you; they give you that extra push when you feel like giving up.
Even on my day off I find myself getting out of bed early just to squeeze in a class before I start my day.“

But if you’re here for that info, he’s unabashedly awesome. I’ve started to get compliments on my body since I started going here! I love asking questions about why we are doing certain things and he takes care to explain the science behind each movement and the short and long term plans for your journey.

4110 Mystic Valley Pkwy, Medford“I have been to a lot of F45s in the Boston Area to do the 7 for 7 deal where you can pay 7 bucks for 1 week. I highly enjoy this work out and this studio. The crew that comes here is pretty hard core and they have a wide offering of classes- as early as 5am (!) for the first class of the day. I loved their music, too (straight hip hop generally and no techno like other F45 locations). The parking situation is pretty good and there is a really good nail salon right next door for those wanting to hit a gel mani right after the class. I was highly impressed with the motivation and instruction this class gave me. I had a baby within the year and after 7 straight days of this class I felt like I legit dropped the 10 pounds I had left to lose. This is the perfect work out for mothers - 45 mins in and out and Saturday you can treat yo'self to that 60 min work out. I am attaching a pic here- I've gotten more and more fit the more I go. I did have to join the Somerville Location b/c it was closer to where I live in Cambridge, but I really loved the Medford spot. If not for the traffic I prob would have joined here.“
