“I have got eye test done before couple of times in other places but they were not as detailed as Vision North. The way my doctor asked me to choose between different powered glasses by even comparing them side my side in same view using the machine was really helpful, and made it very easy to choose between them, by not even switching the different power glasses (in which i would have to remember the last view) or blinking my eyes. Never seen any other place doing this. The guy who helped me select my frame was also helpful and spent time with me patiently to look over frames online and select the best one for me.“

He really took his time to understand my needs and made helpful suggestions on how to adjust the frames. My new setup is much more comfortable and I can see tremendously better! “What a hidden gem! My son's frames were broken beyond repair, I pulled up and searched for some sort of glasses in an hour for he cannot go without because he isn't able to see. When I placed the call the person on the phone was super super amazing! Very polite and understanding.. was trying to see if she had a frame that could fit the lenses.. she said to come in and she might be able to get something for him even if temporary.. well she was able to get the lenses to pop into a frame, and scheduled him an eye exam for the following week. All in all we were in and out with in 15 min! Just noticed that the individual that helped us her name is Shellee, she is the owner and honestly I will be moving my own eye care needs to her as well! If I could give her 10+ stars I would! Honest individual and privately owned!“

“Winthrop Eye Center is where its at! I got my eyes checked today, and the whole team was incredible! The last time I got my eyes checked was 5 years ago at another office, and I had such a horrible experience I refused to go back until it was absolutely necessary. My glasses have been crooked for over a year, and my vision recently declined, so I decided to make an appointment at WEC based off a friends recommendation - and they did not disappoint! Dr. Gerow was so nice and helpful, and really made sure I got the right prescription I needed. I was upset to change frames since I've had my old pair for 5+ years now, and the WHOLE office helped me choose the right frame to take home! Also, their lovely office dog Becker was so sweet! My glasses were ready within an hour to pickup, and they even sent me home with a hand written card signed by the whole office. I HIGHLY recommend checking out Winthrop Eye Center.“

“Pearl Vision has some of the most patient and wonderful techs. Check in process is always easy. They offer a retinal eye photo now during the rest for an additional cost. I enjoy going to this location. Only down side, they no longer supply Masshealth glasses which they did not share when booking the appointment. So we waiting to speak with someone about glasses for a while for them to let us know we’d need to go to a different store.“

“The service level I received here was tremendous! When my first set of replacement Lindberg lenses -- I bought the original frame and lenses there ten years ago, in 2013 -- when my first set of replacement lenses didn't feel like they were giving me the improved vision they should have, the staff quickly arranged for a new eye appointment with their in-house optometrist, made some suggestions as to how the lenses could be adjusted, then provided a replacement set, without charge. Couple of weeks later, here I am, seeing like an eagle! Lindberg glasses are not cheap, of course -- but the service here exceeds even the quality of the glasses. Best investment in my eyes I ever made!“

“Yes, they took me right away at my scheduled appointment time. Examiner was very excellent, efficient, quick, sense of humor but no nonsense. Skilled at her profession. Didn't 't need three or 5 trues to get the needed test result. Good selection of glasses. The first pair the staff suggested was the pair I bought, after I looked at every pair in the store! lol. They tried to itself me on lenses, which were beautiful but not in my budget. They understood. I'll pick up my glasses soon. I recommend these guys. And oh yeah, they fo really gave all the latest state of the art efficient equipment. Turns out the glasses I bought last time just fell apart after 1 year. Whoever makes thier lenses, maybe its me, but they seem like they are not crafted well.“
