The service level I received here was tremendous! When my first set of replacement Lindberg lenses -- I bought the original frame and lenses there ten years ago, in 2013 -- when my first set of replacement lenses didn't feel like they were giving me the improved vision they should have, the staff quickly arranged for a new eye appointment with their in-house optometrist, made some suggestions as to how the lenses could be adjusted, then provided a replacement set, without charge. From making an eye exam appointment to glasses in hand, it was the best optic retail experience. Between the selection of glasses and the staff you are bound to find the perfect pair for you. Maggie was so helpful, caring and knowledgeable which made the process enjoyable and seamless. Highly recommended!

Visited Lunette's Dedham store today looking for eyeglasses and left a Lunette customer for life. From the moment my wife and I walked in to the store, a woman came over to us and asked if we needed help with anything sgter giving us a few minutes to look around on our own. She was beyond knowledgeable about their brands and made suggestions based on my face shape and height. I ended up buying a pair of glasses nothing like I would have looked at, but I tried them on and my wife and I were sold. To boot, about 30 minutes after we left the store she called us back and told us my insurance covered more than she had calculated and without even asking refunded me $90. I...read full review
