I went in for contacts and glasses. I had a pleasant experience there overall.I think i selected 10 pairs of frames that I liked, the lady at the front desk came and hand me one single frame to try. I end up going with that. They know what they doing there. Very happy with this place.

The Sore Manager Joan was absolutely brilliant, kind, and courteous. She was very Pleasant and well spoken made sure she greeted me and made sure I was very happy with my purchase before I left. She was extremely well knowledge in everything and answered every question without hesitation. My new sunglasses are amazing . I will definitely be back to this LensCrafters in Macys in Peabody and will tell my associates as well to stop by for there shopping needs.

Went to LensCrafters and Saul #044187 helped to find the perfect glasses. He was very helpful and patient as I change my mind often. He took his time and never felt rushed. Bought two pairs and worked hard to make sure we received an extra discount. It was a very pleasant experience and I would tell my family and friends to go there and see Saul
