Waiting for glasses since aug 2022. Told multable times they will call me when ready and that I will have them 7 to 10 buisness days hard to get a hold of them mail box is always full. Maybe I'll have my glass before my next eye exam which will not be with them
My husband and I both go to Towne Optical's Beverly location and are both very pleased with them. Andrea is friendly, efficient and courteous.The doctor is very good and friendly.
Hi, I wanted to make sure I tell you about my experiences and they were very good. New Staff all trained well in Melrose . New look to office. Great doctor knows his stuff. Large selection of eyewear I have seen ever. Treated very nice by staff , friendly. My glasses and contacts came in when stated and I was notified in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place. Glad I found it. : )
