Went in for follow up on scratched cornea dr was pleasant..i was given a full exam and new glasses..was told theyd be ready in 2 to 3 weeks and id get a call..this was in may..i call in and im told they dont call Masshealth patients..when glasses are ready..i work full time and i appriciate my insurance..but Wow thats a little on the discrimantory side..guess ill be looking for a new eye dr

I made a appointment got my eye exam recieved my glasses in three weeks they were a little strong and Eye exam again waiting on my new glasses the people from the front desk to the doctor where very professional

Dr. Petya Damyanova is a sweetheart. I’ve been coming here for a few years and every-time I’ve come, she is extremely kind. However, administration/reception is always extremely rude. Very hostile attitudes towards people. Extremely unpleasant having to talk to them. I think a more welcoming demeanor from reception would really help the great doctors.
