I just had my first appointment with Dr. Taylor and I'm very pleased. I was seen right away and the exam was thorough and he was attentive to my concerns. And he was friendly--I really enjoyed talking about music with him. Good experience all around. The office was clean and all necessary steps were taken in dealing with COVID. One suggestion is to make an appointment well in advance... I had to wait a few months but it was worth it.

When I was 13 I went to Keith's dad for eye services and my first pair of glasses. While I was bummed I would have to wear glasses, Dr. Taylor made is bearable and I always enjoyed visiting their practice for my eye exams and a new pair of glasses. I then attended the same undergraduate insitution as Keith and gladly returned to the Taylor practice once he took it over. Though we no longer live in MA, I will always treasure the outstanding service Keith and his family have provided mine and the local community!

Dr. Keith Taylor has been my Optometrist for many years. He is knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. He uses state-of-the-art technology for examinations in a home like atmosphere. He clearly describes each procedure, listens to my questions/concerns and explains results and options. The office manager always greets me in a warm, friendly manner and explains insurance benefits when necessary. The reception area is neat, comfortable and offers a variety of good reading material. Appointments are easy to schedule, hours are convenient (open Saturdays), and there is plenty of parking. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. His consistent exceptional care and personal attention is the reason I trust him with my vision care. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Taylor.
