In the past, every time I get highlights, I’ve been told repeatedly how hard my hair is to lighten and it pulls very very warm and orange. And that I needed to lean into the warmth. I was ready for this again. Tracey just did my base and highlights, chatting along. Normal amount of time. No words of exasperation or talk of the warmth. She blow dried it, bam, nice and blonde and ashy. Gorgeous. I’ve had great colorist and I’m lucky. Tracey has experience and that’s a big difference. She knows what she’s doing. And it’s effortless. She’s also a lovely human besides being immensely talented at her work. What a find! Skip Boston or Andover and get a referral to Tracey, if you can.
My Mom passed away this year & was buried next to her husband at Fox Hill. A Billerica monument company had done the stone in 2017 & 6 months after they added Moms name the vase on her side fell off. I contacted the company & was told it would be repaired in 2 weeks as employees sick. 4 weeks later was told family emergency kept the repair from being completed. I reached out to Luz to see if they could assist and was met with such compassion & kindness. Adrian & team tried but were unable to repair as original vase was just epoxied on. What they were able to do at a very reasonable price was install 2 new beautiful vases with strapping to ensure they would be good for 25 years. They were not the original installers & did not make much money on the job. They treated my Mom's space with the care & respect it deserved & got it done in a timely manner so I can fill the vases for our first Christmas without her. Highly recommend Luz Granite.

I had appt today with the owner, she was very sweet I wanted a medium layer, but it came out really nice. She took her time she made me feel comfortable. I love the fact that when she gives my hair the quick wash gosh it feels nice lol. I can't thank you enough I love the feeling of it. It has been so long since I've had a layer. For the past several years I’ve been a customer of Great Nails by Sophea. I’ve had manicures and pedicures; always leaving happy after these services. It was a recent visit that left me very upset with the manicure. I didn’t complain then because the salon had many customers, and the nail tech was new, and we all have bad days. Instead, I took photos and returned two days later. I showed Sira my nails and photos that were taken. She apologized and did not just fix the issues but gave me a full manicure. Sira always does a marvelous job and is the go to nail technician for nail art/designs. Sira is professional and we always have pleasant conversations about our families, school, etc. I left the salon with Great looking nails and happy that Sira understood why I was upset and didn’t hesitate to remedy the problems. I will continue to visit Great Nails by Sophea for manicure and pedicure service and will try the facial treatment! I sincerely recommend Great Nails by Sophea!

I’ve been doing these kind of treatment for a while now but this is the first time I feel so good about it. No bad smell, no staying for 10 hours.
I have a lot of hair and it took them 3 hours only and I was done.
Also, I didn’t wait 3 days to see the result. After finishing the process and my hair temperature cooled down they washed my hair for me to see the result. This is how confident she was of her product.
Wow. I'm so impressed! My 11-year-old daughter wanted to cut all of her hair off today. We are visiting from Chicago and she insisted on doing it right away. I did some googling and saw great reviews for serendipity so we took a chance and came in.. Kelsey cut her hair and she did an incredible job! My daughter cut over 10 inches off and had a specific style she was going for. Kelsey not only nailed it, but she was super patient with my daughter when she kept tweaking the cut along the way or asking for more to be cut off. Kelsey then also styled it for her so she could see the cut done exactly like the picture she brought in! My daughter is thrilled with her new look and I'm so grateful we found Kelsey! In June 2025 I contracted with Bob Gagnon Plumbing & Heating Lowell, MA to install a new high efficiency boiler and water heater. I am impressed with the level of craftsmanship and high quality of the materials. Bob did the work himself, soldering all the pipes and connections. He also partners with a trusted electrician (Tessier Electric), and they coordinated the work so there were no delays or downtime for either of them.
I highly recommend Bob Gagnon for quality repairs or replacement systems. He will keep you informed at every step and lets you know what to expect as he goes. This job exceeded my expectations.

We recently had another great experience with Klostermann Electric. When our lights started flickering, we contacted them to troubleshoot the problem. They got an experienced electrician out to us quickly, and as it turned out, rainwater had infiltrated our electrical panel and corroded all of our wiring and circuits. They gave us a very fair price to replace the main power cable, meter box, and electrical panel, and squeezed us in quickly so we could get the repairs done before it rained again. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with our new electrical service. Laurie (in the office), the 2 Brians, Christian, and their apprentice (can't remember is name), were very professional, did outstanding work, and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Klostermann.

I had to drive around Lowell to find a place that would copy a commercial door key. Post Office Lock in Lowell was closed, a key kiosk in a grocery store wouldn’t copy my key for any less than $16, Lowe’s couldn’t copy my key, Minute Key wanted like $14… it wasn’t looking too good to get my key copied. I gave Lowell Lock & Key a call; they picked up instantly and told me it would be “$5-$6,” of which I mistakenly heard $56. We both chuckled before I drove over.
The gentleman literally took a 5 second look at my key (remember this is a unique office door key), identified it, cut it in about quite literally 15 seconds, and handed me a key that worked perfectly in the door and was identical to the one I handed him. I was literally in and out of the shop in I’d say 30-60 seconds. Wow.
$6 was the damage to my wallet for the key. Lowe’s had advised me against going to a locksmith as “they make money,” but if making money means honest money, I’m all for supporting a local business instead of a large corporation.

My wife and I just moved into a brand new house and we NEEDED our couch cleaned. We have a three year old and, need I really say more ? Between the food, milk, snots and whatever else has made its way onto this thing, it was gross to say the least. I did a yelp search and came across Express Cleaning. I reached out and Alex was very responsive. I sent him a picture of the couch and he gave me a quote. He explained his process, what was needed, how long it would take etc. Throughout the week we we were in touch and he kept his word as to when he would arrive. When he did arrive he explained his process in a bit more detail. Told me it was going to take between two and three hours (in my mind it would have been 45 minutes tops). He was professional, courteous, polite and, respectful! He wore a mask and booties over his shoes without me even having to ask. He setup his own table, tarp (as to not get anything on the floors), had all his equipment and did his thing. Three hours later he was done. When it came time to pay him I was totally expecting the ol bait and switch. Not the case. He stuck to his word and I was (still am) in shock. For what he quoted he worked his tail off and it wasn't enough. I cannot recommend Alex enough. Definitely 5/5 would recommend. I'd leave him a 10/10 if possible. We collected a bunch of his cards and are recommending him to friends and family. Thank you Alex! You rock!!

Dr Golnazarian, the oral surgeon, did an awesome job removing my wisdom teeth. It was quick and easy. He also answered any questions I had before and after the surgery. Did a fabulous job explaining everything to me. Would recommend him to anybody that needs to get their wisdom teeth removed.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was completely different. The women at the front desk are friendly, welcoming, and personable. Since it was my first appointment, I assumed I would only be meeting with the doctor for a consultation, as that was my experience at the previous office.
Instead, I met with Dr. Todd, and I was immediately impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to go over everything in detail and seemed genuinely focused on my care rather than selling me an expensive payment plan. He explained my condition, answered my questions, adjusted me during my first visit, and worked with me to create a treatment plan.

Dr. Velez and his team are awesome! I’ve gone to other chiropractors and PTs over the years for back and neck pain which has never fully gone away. Dr. Velez treats the WHOLE body in order to get to the route of the pain which in my case was due to poor posture. He uses a wide range of modalities and even prescribes different exercises which most chiropractors won’t do.

After my neighbor passed away unexpectedly, I took responsibility for caring for her cat, Liyla, who was found severely malnourished. I brought her in immediately because I was deeply concerned about her weight and the condition of her coat, which was badly matted.
Dr. V and her entire team are truly exceptional. Dr. V was honest and compassionate when explaining Liyla’s condition, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t want to give up on Liyla, but I also didn’t want to prolong her suffering if it was her time. Dr. V let me know there was still hope if we were willing to fight and I absolutely was. I’m thrilled to share that Liyla is now back to her beautiful, diva self. Her mats are gone, she has gained significant weight, and she’s keeping her food down. None of this would have been possible without Dr. V and her incredible staff.

At her follow-up appointment, they even groomed her, something I’m sure she protested, as she hates water but once she got home, she couldn’t stop rubbing against everything. She was clearly feeling herself, and I’m so grateful to the staff for going the extra mile and spoiling her.

I took my lessons when I was 23 and had never drove before. Instructor was patient and polite. I passed my driving after just 4 weeks lessons.
I passed my road test today, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Jorge's Auto School. Bunrith was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the lessons. I only took two driving lessons, and thanks to his excellent guidance, I passed my road test on the first attempt. Sim's is a great driving school! I got the 12 hour road lesson package, by the end I felt very confident in my abilities. Every instructor I had was very patient and ensured I had all the skills needed to pass the road test (which I did). 10/10 would reccommend!
