In the past, every time I get highlights, I’ve been told repeatedly how hard my hair is to lighten and it pulls very very warm and orange. And that I needed to lean into the warmth. I was ready for this again. Tracey just did my base and highlights, chatting along. Normal amount of time. No words of exasperation or talk of the warmth. She blow dried it, bam, nice and blonde and ashy. Gorgeous. I’ve had great colorist and I’m lucky. Tracey has experience and that’s a big difference. She knows what she’s doing. And it’s effortless. A very unique experience it's not the typical hair salon you go to this place and it feels like walking into a magazine cover issue. The staff make you feel as you were their family, I mean they are super attentive and the most important thing is that they do listen to what you want your hair to look like. They always have done an amazing job on my curly hair, Tracey Rabbito colors my hair and Mark Caputo cuts it and styles it for me. I have been going to them for almost 17 years, so obviously it says a lot about their professionalysom. I recommended 100%++ they get the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ keep up the brilliant work Thank you 👍

I have been coming to see Tracey for over 18 years. She talks with you about your cut and color so that you fully understand and are comfortable with the final product. Her new place is decorated beautifully. I’m excited about her new adventure at Swank. I love coming here.
