“I replaced a front entry door, bought it, and had it installed by Pro-Entry. First off, George the owner, went over every detail imaginable with us, to make sure we got the best door possible and didn't fail. His installers Mike and Scott, were the kinds of Craftsmen everybody hopes to get. They were courteous, respectful, extremely profession installing the product, that took most of the day, to reach the perfection they were looking for. The draft I used to get from the old door is gone, as now there's a vacuum tight lock, and all new threshold and frame. My wife and I are very happy with their services, as they worked hard, never even took a break, and cleaned up like true pros. They left my house clean as a whistle. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. They go the extra mile to please.“
“We're so glad that we went with Hancock for the job! It's been wonderful to be able to stretch out into the new space. Bedtime for the kids has been going so much better now that they have their own rooms and we love how the rest of the spaces turned out. “We hired Frank and his team to replace our windows (complicated new construction windows requiring removal of exterior siding and interior trim). The guys did a great job. They worked quickly and were very conscientious about covering the floors inside of our home so it wouldn't get dirty. They cleaned up and removed the covering every day when they left,.. then repeated the covering the next day. We really appreciate how thoughtful they were about minimizing the mess and impact on us. They didn't skimp on materials, adding sufficient insulation and beautiful new trim/molding. We could immediately tell the difference in their workmanship as there are no drafts at all now. The guys even cleaned the glass (inside and out) on every window before leaving. Beyond their workmanship, they're a really great group of guys. We truly enjoyed working with them and recommend them without hesitation.“
