i am sooo pleased with this nail salon, i walked in with no appointment and was seated fairly quickly , i asked for a gel polish change with a manicure , in my appointment i got exactly if not even better of what i asked for , she was gentle , very through, precise with detail and i enjoyed the small talk my nail tech and i had , we talked about her adorable puppies and she even showed me videos , she definitely made me welcomed. the other ladies who work there are very sweet and super nice i had the pleasure of conversating with them as well. i wishhhh i got her name what i do recall is she sits nearest to the door , very beautiful with a short bob ( fits her so well...read full review
10/10 Experience! From the service I received to all the wonderful women that work here I was left speechless! They are phenomenal at what they do! Vanny exceeded my expectations on my gel x refill! She was attentive to detail, kind and so welcoming! This is truly the BEST nail salon in Lowell! They are worth every penny!!
