Isadora was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgable and stayed within budget. Instalation was a breeze. the whole process was great. What she didnt know was I went to a box store and it was a disaster. I was able to purchase Quartz for the price of granite form the box store. Save time and energy just go to Select Stone. Highly recommend
David and his crew were punctual and polite, but more importantly, they did an amazing job. They repaired two of my chimneys and installed caps and they demo'ed my front steps and built new ones. There was a random, giant slab of concrete buried under the old steps but they worked with it and came up with a solution to get it done and it looks beautiful.
You can tell the whole crew takes pride in what they do and they enjoy seeing the completed work almost as much as me.

We've been bringing our little dog to Bow Wow Salon since she was a puppy, and it's been consistently great. She's small and a bit shy, but the staff is always patient and friendly with her, and she comes home looking beautiful and smelling amazing every time.
We've tried a couple other groomers in the area when we were in a pinch, and the difference is noticeable - her coat is so much more even and soft after a visit to Bow Wow. Little touches like sending her home with a fresh bandana, plus the holiday gifts and homemade treats, make it clear how much they care about the dogs they groom. Highly recommend if you want a groomer your dog can actually feel comfortable with.
Terry is a wonderful trainer. The classes were very informative and the training works so well! It’s hard work but if you commit yourself to following all of the rules the results are amazing. Our rescue was quite stubborn and overactive and did not know how to sit before training and now he knows all his commands and listens well without losing any of his personality. Terry was even willing to talk me through some issues with him a year after our training classes ended. It’s great to have her as a resource whenever we need guidance with our dog’s behavior.

Chharlie did an astounding job diagnosing the problem with my water heater and replacing it while under warranty, all in less than a week on either side of the July 4 holiday weekend. He’s knowledgeable and respectful, left the space clean and tidy. Highly recommended!
Called at 8:45am for a failed hot water heater. They arrived at 10:30 am on the same day. From the begining the the coordinator and technicians were very informative and communicated the entire process to me before starting. I would HIGHLY recommend Ostroski Plumbing to anyone that I speak with.

We are SO incredibly impressed by Jeff and his team. They installed a new EK boiler for us and provided competitive pricing, incredible customer service, and top notch technical expertise. Jeff left our basement spotless and even cleaned up/fixed things that he absolutely did not have to do to make all the plumbing look so nice and tidy. He came back to test the boiler combustion again for good measure and to show us how the unit works. Not only is he a true professional, but a really nice guy too. Highly recommend!!
Central Air condenser stopping blowing cold air during a 90 degree heat wave. Chris was able to come out in a few hours on a Friday, diagnose our issue, and replace our capacitor within a few hours along with cleaning the condenser. Other HVAC places couldn’t get a person out until Monday. Highly recommend for quick and effective HVAC service!
I am THRILLED with Robert L. Green Inc. Roofing. I watched my sisters house get a new roof last week and decided that I needed one too, just due to age and because I was so impressed with their hard work. I contacted them, they were here to give me a quote in a day or two. They were here for a single day. They were SO efficient and nice. I walked out to my yard this morning and thought, you wouldn't know that anything had happened yesterday. Clean as a whistle. I got 5 estimates and this was the 2nd to lowest by a couple hundred dollars. GREAT company and Great pricing. FIVE STARS.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with rooter man. Vinny was insanely helpful. We are first time homeowners and neither of us have had to deal with a septic tank before. Vinny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to help us when our whole plumbing system wasn’t draining. Service was quick and easy, and it was a pleasure to work with rooter man every step of the way. I was worried about finding someone to help us with plumbing and our septic system, but I’ll never had to worry about that again. Had a leak around a roof vent that I needed addressed. Jesse responded to my web inquiry faster than other companies and came out later that day. He laid out what the potential solutions would be and their rough pricing before going up on the roof, and unlike other companies that try to make problems bigger than they are, he suggested the least expensive fix would be sufficient to solve the issue. It is a rainy day today so went in the attic to check it out and not a drop! Will definitely be using them for future roof-related projects
Ellen has worked her magic on my hair for approx 5 years now and I'm not only always satisfied with the outcome, but I often get compliments on my hair which I credit to her talents. She really listens to what I want done (not always the same thing!) and takes her time to get it right every time. The bonus on top of that is she is a wonderful person who I look forward to seeing every 6-8 weeks!

Sam & his team were thorough throughout the process as they replaced our entire Central Air system during the busy end of June / early July time period when most AC systems fail and their schedules are at their busiest. I recently had a 43-year-old furnace replaced with a ductless minisplit system in my condo. I have a very old home and the entire HVAC system was out of date and incredibly inefficient. Bryan, Jimmy, Nate and their crew were able to install the minisplits and new condenser within a week. Their prices were competitive, everyone was incredibly professional, kind and reliable.They helped me navigate the confusing MassSave process, and even brought me space heaters when my furnace was not usable. My home has never been more comfortable. The house was spotless when they were finished, I even gained a new utility closet with the removal of the furnace. Tremendously grateful for Affordable Heat and Air, and cannot recommend highly enough.
