So I called Antonio and explained the situation I offered to redo my hair and refund me. I then looked at my ATM receipt and saw it was the barbershop next-door J&J barbershop that did the bad haircut. So I called him back and explained to him that I was wrong about walking into his shop. He was still kind enough to offer to fix it for free. That's how you do business and gain new customers! This is now my barber shop and will bring all my business and refer my friends to Antonio's. Antonio and Elvis really took care of me. “My husband and I spontaneously walked in to Prestige Cuts after our regular barber shoppe had already closed for the day. I don’t normally go with him, but we were out and he was overdue. After a marked experience, I was driven to write this review. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and attended to.
