I used this company for the second time now. I had no critters to capture both times. But, they were thorough in inspecting my house for possible critter entrances into my house and applying screens. Sean was my technician and he was great ! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and made good suggestions. He even climbed on my roof to check my gutters for critters.
